We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Santa Hop for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game and its content remain our property, except the third-party open-source components and the public domain carols listed on the credits page, which stay under their own licences.

The people, creatures and places in the game are made up; any resemblance to a real person or place is coincidental.

Santa Hop is a game. Never copy its jumps in real life: roofs are dangerous, and children must not climb on them.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the game, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Sell, rent or distribute the game or modified copies of it.
• Use the game or its content in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights.

Santa Hop is free to download. Google Play shows the price of anything you can buy before you buy it, and handles the payment and refunds under its own terms. The game shows no ads. If paid content is added later, these terms will be updated before that version is released.

The game needs no account and plays fully offline. Your progress and settings are kept only on your device: we have no copy of them, so we can’t restore them if you uninstall the app, clear its data or lose the device. Achievements you unlocked while signed in to Google Play Games are kept by Google.

We may update, change or discontinue the game at any time. An update may change levels or the way the game plays; we try to keep your progress working across updates, but can’t promise that every earlier state carries over.

The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. If you breach these terms, your licence to use the game ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
